- Leadership – We must have leadership, at all levels, engaged in improving HSE performance and setting high expectations.
- Behavior – Actions must be consistent with the goals and expectations. Employees must make the right choice every time, all the time.
- Compliance – We must manage the process to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.
