HSE MODEL

This is what drives our culture. A point where incidents may happen, but don’t result in injuries. This model is broken down into three (3) elements:


  1. Leadership – We must have leadership, at all levels, engaged in improving HSE performance and setting high expectations.

  2. Behavior – Actions must be consistent with the goals and expectations. Employees must make the right choice every time, all the time.

  3. Compliance – We must manage the process to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.
