Brooks Mims Talton III
president and chief Executive officer

Mr. Talton currently serves as President and CEO of Flogistix, LP a new venture formed in January of 2011. Mr. Talton has been involved in the oil and gas industry for over twenty years primarily in the production optimization field service and equipment manufacturing segments. Running both public and private companies Mr. Talton has a record of successfully producing results for investors. Companies he has founded and operated include Compressco, Inc., Compressco Testing and Master Meter, LLC. In addition Mr. Talton started and operated Well Link Corporation and Mims Oil Tools both entities focused upon gas well optimization utilizing artificial lift and remote telemetry. He holds a BA from the University of Oklahoma. Married for twenty years to Tiffany and a proud father to Brooks and Lydia.

tyson C. curtis
vice president of operations

Tyson C. Curtis currently serves as Vice President of Operations for Flogistix, LP. From 2005 through 2010 Mr. Curtis served as the Director of Operations for Fluid Compressor Partners of which he cofounded. Prior to starting Fluid Compressor Partners Mr. Curtis was an Investment Banker with Western Strategic Advisors. Mr. Curtis is a member of several energy industry trade organizations such as the American Petroleum Institute (API) and Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). Mr. Curtis earned his B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. Tyson has been married to Kristen for 5 years and has one child.

Damon Green
Vice President and CFO

Mr. Green currently serves as Vice President and CFO of Flogistix, LP. Mr. Green has been involved in the Oil & Gas services industry for over 15 years working in the areas of finance, operations, and ERP systems management including assignments in Latin America and the Middle East. Prior to joining Flogistix, Mr. Green worked for Exterran and Hanover Compression in various domestic and international managerial capacities including his most recent position of Finance Manager, Eastern Hemisphere where he was based in Dubai, UAE. Mr. Green holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland – University College, an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and a Masters of Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ. Damon and his wife Belen have been married for seven years and have three children.

Chris Anderson
Vice President of Information Technology

Mr. Anderson currently serves as Vice President of Information Technology for Flogistix, LP. Chris has been in the oil and gas industry, working in the areas of production optimization, field service and equipment manufacturing for nearly a decade. Prior to Flogistix, Mr. Anderson was the Information Technology Manager for a well established compressor company, where he designed their SCADA and satellite electronic work order system. This platform handled over 8,000 transactions per month while integrating them into the ERP. Mr. Anderson earned his B.S. degree in Network Management from Southern Nazarene University. Chris is newly married to Marilyn and they are planning for kids in the near future.

Drake Andarakes
vice president of sales and marketing

Drake Andarakes joined Flogistix in May 2011 bringing 30+ years in the oil & gas industry. Prior to Flogistix, Mr. Andarakes worked in the artificial lift segment with Ferguson Beauregard holding positions of corporate sales manager and international business development manager for plunger lift and wellhead automation. Mr. Andarakes has extensive experience in open/cased hole logging, wireline perforating, and tubing conveyed perforating. Mr. Andarakes earned two business degrees from the University of Oklahoma (1975), is a member of the Society of Petroleum engineers, and officer in the Central Oklahoma Chapter of the API. Drake has been married to Joye for 28 years and has three children.
